Kavan

From Himitsu no Sensou

Kavan is a port town in Atsiria, located to the far southeast of the country, on the seaboard.

While its residential area is small, it has a large market fueled by constant supplies from Norey, and is an important restock point for both very large and very small vessels that require upkeep on the journey from Colndor to Razen. It also plays an important role to the overall trade of Atsiria as a country and the Kanemoria-Atsiria relationship.

Kavan's port officials do close, meticulous inspections of docking ships, filtering out obviously illegal goods from the even closer inspections in Razen.
