Tersel is a lesser western Dentorian House that lies south of Lireth and northeast of Conare.

The province of Tersel is famous for its unique – or sometimes outright strange – architecture, and architects who seem to compete with each other for the oddest monument. Two of Tersel’s most famous attractions are the Leaning Tower, still standing despite poor foundations, and the Sunset Spires, three towers built on the shores of the Seralis Strait meant to guard the northwestern shores, made from stone that sparkles as it catches the sunlight.

However, even amid all the eccentric architecture, Tersel Manor is most prominent, a beautifully crafted structure made from limestone and marble. Ecomony in Tersel, as well as its architects, are mostly fuelled by the quarries of limestone, marble and other minerals are scattered throughout its lands, especially near the Seralis Strait, and stone from Tersel is highly regarded in Dentoria. Lords of Tersel who have been born into the family are few and far between, as every generation seems to bear few sons, but many daughters. Because western Dentorian law does not allow women to excise power over their inheritance, the Lord of Tersel is usually the heiress’ husband. The women of House Tersel are said to be the most beautiful, and accomplished in arts and song. Two white towers, the left taller than the right, on a purple background forms House Tersel’s crest. Their words are Keep Vigilant.
