Feldri is one of the major cities of Atsiria, the seat of power for House Vilos.

Feldri is, the smallest and driest noble seat in Atsiria. There is a legitimate side to business, there, enough trade is made to keep the city afloat, and since Feldri is the primary link between the larger cities and the fishing villages/towns along the coast, it does have a role large enough to sustain it minimally. Most legitimate business does revolve around buying and transporting goods from these villages elsewhere. The black market operates mostly at night, barely concealed beneath the legmitate dealings.

Minor epidemics are not uncommon in Feldri, as a result of the dry conditions and the occassional dangerous substances that pass through the city as part of the shady dealings, resulting in several deaths a year. As a result, Feldri has several large orphanages designed to watch the children who've died as a result of this.

Despite the strange situation of the city and the reserved nature of its nobility, the people of Feldri are surprisingly friendly and upbeat about their lives and situation, and the town is generally a bustle of good-natured activity. Female supremacy also reigns strongly here, as Feldri is a more traditional city than its fellows, and its men are often victims of emotional abuse and heavy oppression.
