A maternalistic, work-a-holic from Kilia, Erin is happiest when she feels she is accomplishing something. However, she has been plagued since childhood with constant bouts of depression, and relies strongly on others -- largely her brother, Liam, and husband, Justin, to keep her sane.

Erin in grew up in a happy, stable Kilian home, of a middle class family, with a basic education. She was, usually, a kind, if very serious young girl, studious, ambitious, down-to-earth. Her parents were proud of her work in her studies and her natural prudent intelligence, and began to help her along her way to a goal she was determined to accomplish: reaching some sort of official position beneath Lord Ferdiad.
However, as Erin slowly got older, it became apparent that she was afflicted with a sort of personality disorder. It seemed that she was apt to sink into throes of depression at seemingly random times, lowering to such despair it was frightening to watch and difficult to work herself out of. Her productively rose and fell as she dropped in and out of this melancholy, and despite the efforts of her family to keep their home normal and happy, she always seemed to be flittering a line between the realization of all her dreams and another hard slump. Only their support helped her reach the appointment she had worked for at age 21.
Once she acheived this level, however, things abruptly changed for the better in her life. While working in research in the official Archives, she met Justin, a young man of the same position she held. They got along well from the start. Justin provided a stable rock on which she could anchor her life, his natural easy-going, fun, silly attitude reminding her of her little brother in many ways, -- but the feelings she developped for him were nothing like those of a sister to a brother. Thankfully, his feelings were headed in the same direction, and they were married when she was 23.
They began to work as field researchers, travelling all over Eire, just the two of them -- er, so they would like to be, unfortunately, somewhere along the way, Liam decided to tag along. Erin has settled into a sort of stability helped by the constant companionship of her attentive husband, and, yes, as always, her annoying brother. Her slumps still come, but not as hard, and there is always a light at the end of her tunnel.
After becoming pregnant, Erin was forced to set aside the travel of her earlier years, something which she misses deeply, but is willing to do for her family.
She gave birth to her first children, a shocking set of triplets, at 26 years old, on September 17th [2006].

Erin is serious, kind, and mild, somewhat bookish, and overall pleasant, if quite dutious to be around. She takes life and all it includes extremely seriously as a matter of course. Her smiles are rare and small, but sincere, and she has two men who try to get them out of her whenever they can. She can be very businesslike when the need strikes her, and is quite driven to suceed.
She is extremely intelligent, both in books and in practice, as has a great affinity to wind magic. She applies herself to everything she does, and tends to come up to good results if her resolve doesn't waver while she works. She really, really enjoys her work, no matter what she's working on.
She can turn very solemn and melancholy ... "mopey", as her brother would call it at the drop of a hat, but it much easier to cheer up than she once was. However, these down times often proceed or follow a bad hit of despair. When she hits a hard slump, she sinks completely into despair, talking as if not hearing what others are saying.
She's a workaholic at her best, and often needs to be distracted from her work.

Erin has curly, mint-green hair that falls to her shoulders and eyes of the same shade. Her skin is very pale, as is the standard for a Kilian. She's waifishly thin and small boned, and tends to eat in small portions. She dresses serviceably, but with class. She's of average height. She has a sort of gentle, classical, delicate beauty to her that is strikingly memorable.
